Strength:

Walmart online photo service and in store photo kiosk are extremely bad service examples. I have spent over $100 using these services over the past 60 days and will be seeking other options for my future needs. Their online photo uploading is nearly impossible to use and very time consuming. They have Gond from bad to worst in the past year or so.

Weakness:

refer to above. Extremely poor service and dysfunctional systems that are not efficient or even compatible with mobile devices such as the iPad or android.

Bad product and service that have gotten worst inverse the past year as Warmart updated they systems with counter intuitive kiosks and online software that just don't work properly.

Marlborough Walmart photo studio.. Went there with 5 members of my family for passport photos
The best among them was acceptable
They charge you $25 for two passport photos they pass the specs of the government that's all
My daughter didn't like hers, I got her great photos somewhere else for $9!!
But we got a free photo so came in for a session- resulted prints were awful..
The manager there explained to me how they professional they are by relying on the "auto settings" of their 3 grants "expensive"camera .. OMG .. My SLR is $1400

Strength:

Fast ordering online

- Misleading
- Hard to edit and change settings on photos for making an album
- Hard to get a hold of someone live
- misleading delivery times.

I was told my order would arrive by 7/7. Not only did they not they don't bother keeping you updated by your order. It took 30 min for me to reach a live person at WalMart and 30 min for me to reach someone at customer service on the phone. Although the lady was great and super helpful she had a hard time getting a hold of someone at the store let alone locate my order. Oh but they are quick to get a refund. In other words, my order was placed but lost in LIMBO. This was a gift and now I'm out a gift! I WILL never order anything from Photo online again. Your better off going to the store, IF you can get someone to help you. I used to like WalMart but that quickly is changing people are rude and don't know how to answer the phone properly anymore.

If I had received the product there maybe have been some, but I have yet to find out

Sending patronizing apologies that product will not be produced due to unforeseen production issues--on the day the product was supposed to be delivered to me--then after having waited 20 days to find out they would not make my photo cup, which I had paid for up front, they tell me I should be able to get my money back in an additional 14 days...... I had called up the customer service agent because I too had issues with their useless "tracking" system to inquire about my cup and was told it would be available the next day for pick up.

Avoid Walmart Photo center. They are not reliable in providing the products they claim to offer. And they make no effort to inform the customer in a timely fashion.

None. At this point I can't say that anything about the service or the product were good.

Weakness:

Absolutely horrific service both on the telephone with customer service, and in-store for pickup.

I ordered three items for Mothers day. An enlarged print, an ipad case, and a cell phone case. Each had a print from my wedding on it, and was for my mother, mother-in-law and sister.

First of all, the online "order tracking" is a load of S###. It still said "we have received your order and are working on it".. when I was receiving phone calls from Walmart to say my order was ready.

I was excited that it was done early, so went to the store, picked up the package and got home. Opened it to only find the enlarged photo inside. The tag on the outside of the package also said "1/2". I realized there must be another box that the cashier (who was useless) did not give to me. I went back to Walmart, where she simply said "no, they are in the box I gave you." After I assured her that there was only one item in the box, she turned around, looked behind her and said "don't see another box, call customer service". She didn't move, open a drawer or antything, just turned her head.

I called customer service, they said the products were sent out in two separate shipments and it was possible that they had ended up on different trucks, which is why one hadn't arrived at the store yet. First of all, it took the only customer service agent 14 minutes to track down my order..

She then told me that the product would be in store for pick up on Friday, and if I had not received it by Monday, to call back. I was provided with a reference number.

Monday rolls around and there is no package, so I call back, and provide the reference number (which I am then told does not exist), and told "Well your items are at the warehouse, they haven't even shipped yet." When I told them that the last customer service agent that helped me had told me that they had already shipped, I was told "Oh, that's dumb".

The package finally arrived on THURSDAY.. (almost a week later than originally told).

I gifted the items to my sister and mother. Neither the IPAD case or the Blackberry Z10 case fit the devices. They are warped and don't fit. The images were printed blurry on them, and are made of the cheapest plastic I have ever seen.

I was so appalled I could not even return the items, as I did not want to have to associate with this store again.

where to begin...disgusting service, i will never order anything again.
first you guys try and sell everyone off this idea that all orders will be finished by Christmas day? ha! don't make me laugh. I ordered my products on dec 8th, it is now march 13th and I still don't have them. And then you think adequate compensation for this is 100 free prints? I'll tell you what you can do with your prints....
Finally decided to call the store and see what was going on, after waiting on hold for about 20 mins I finally talked to someone who said no one was available to help me at the photo lab (shocker). so the lady wrote down my number and said she would call me back tomorrow. I knew that would never happen, but I obliged anyway (oh and what do you know, never got a call back). So I decided to then check to see if my order status had been updated at all, and it actually said my order was ready for pick up.
So i went into the store, and the employee couldn't find my order. he tried finding it online with my order number, and turns out there is NO HISTORY OF MY ORDER! What did you people do? did you decide I had already been waiting so long so at this point so you figured you didn't need to complete my order and just delete it? did you think I forgot that I made these orders and so would never follow up on it?
so then the manager says that I can re-order my products free of charge...in what little world does he live in that he thinks i will EVER order anything from you people ever again?!?
So, in case it wasn't clear, I will never step foot in walmart again, and it will be a cold day in hell if ever order anything from you incompetent monkeys ever again. And I truly hope that anyone else who had a poor experience will never be giving you service again either.

They lost my ordered photo in Walmart Super Center.

They lost my ordered photo in transit when they sent by mail.

I got message of photo printed and ready for pick up but the machine was not working at Walmart when I reached there.

I got message again when I went there photo was not ready yet.

Staffs are talking themselves without taking care of customer.

photo books are a great idea, and were fairly easy to make one i figured it out, lots of personalized options.

Weakness:

shipping,customer service and overall organization.

I ordered 2 photo album books through walmart photo centre on dec.10, i have been following the order status through my account. One of the shipping status' has said 'shipped' for over a month and the other has changed several times from 'order recieved' 'order shipped' 'pickup in store in 2-3 days' etc.. but when i went to the store 3 weeks after the order status had said i could pick it up in store, i was told 'we will call you when it's here' so I waited another week or 2 and not recieving any phone call we went back in, asking about my photo book this time we were a little bit more pushy and frustrated.. we were told that they may not even have gotten made since they were so busy around christmas time!! WOW, don't take my money if you can't can't provide the service I ALREADY PAID for! Might as well kiss my 90$ goodbye.And it's kind of sad that my great grandma still hasn't gotten her christmas present and it is almost the middle of February. un-impressed, will never order from walmart photo centre or walmart website EVER AGAIN, and will also be telling others not to aswell.. also does anyone know who i can call to file a complaint?!

On several occasions, the photo department employees said this to me when I went to pick up my photographs. "Oh, we thought these were professional until we found out that therer yours." What the hell does that mean? Anyways, my photographs have shown and sold in two art galleries and I have two books published. I asked the ladies what they meant by their statement and they said the photographs are good but are not professional. I have also received prints where the subjects heads are cut off. They like to seal the envelope and try to keep me from examining the photos but I tell them to open it so I can look at the photographs. When the subjects heads are cut off or the entire image doesn't look right, I have refused to pay for those photographs now. They toss them into the garbage and tell me that I need to size the images? I do 8x10 sized photos. I go somewhere else now where I don't have these problems anymore. no strengths awful company, but they don't care because they still make money off everyone who is stupid enough
to shop with wal mart.

Weakness:

if i can rate 0 star I would! This is ridiculous!!! they promise to have their items sent out by christmas that didn't happen and they also give a customer service number that no one answers or it becomes a busy signal. And there is no one to email as well!! what an awful company i will never order from here again i want my money back and if i dont get my order in by this week i will definitely cancel the payment on my credit card i will no be ordering from blacks photography or any other company that will promise their advertisement.
