    f/0.85 is not nearly a full f-stop faster than f/1.0.
    It is nearly half an f-stop faster.

    Bad marketing mistake :-)

      Thanks for the comment, Markus. That’s my mistake, not Handevision’s. So please don’t blame their marketing department. I don’t remember how I calculated (or didn’t calculate) the difference. I’m pretty careful so I must have been pretty confident. I just did a bunch of Googling though, and it looks like you’re right – f/0.85 is about half a stop faster than f/1.0. I stand corrected. I’ll update the article to make it more accurate. Thanks for your attention :-)

    It’s not the f0.85 that counts. It’s whether the lens can avoid the CA, fall off, etc, the competitors have.
