Joby launched the free Gorillacam iPhone application that adds many features such as a self-timer, time-lapse, and continuous rapid-fire shooting up to 1.6 frames per second, features that are unavailable in the basic iPhone camera application. Other features of the Gorillacam application include, Grid Overlay for composing interesting shots, Press Anywhere that turns the entire screen into a shutter button, Bubble Level to take level shots every time, 3-Shot burst that takes three quick photographs and Auto-Save to snap away, uninterrupted.
The Gorillacam application when used in conjunction with the Gorillamobile for 3G/3GS, provides iPhone owners unmatched flexibility for taking photos, recording video, watching movies, or talking hands-free.
