High-resolution studio sample photos taken with the Leica V-Lux 30 pocket superzoom camera, which has a 14-megapixel sensor, full HD video and a 16x zoom lens. The V-Lux 30 is a rebadged Panasonic Lumix ZS10 but Leica uses their own firmware and JPEG processing suggesting that the image quality might be better. You can see and compare to the Panasonic Lumix ZS10 sample photos here. These V-Lux 30 tests were shot from ISO 100 to ISO 1600 in aperture priority at f/5.6 using the tungsten white balance preset. The V-Lux 30 can actually go up to ISO 6400 but only in a reduced resolution scene mode so we only tested to ISO 1600. The logo, text and graybar were added in Photoshop before saving as maximum quality JPEGs. No post-processing noise reduction, sharpening or exposure adjustments have been applied. What you see here represents the best image quality the Panasonic ZS10 has to offer.
