Pentax announced the Optio H90 digital compact camera, the first model to the new Optio H line. It has a clean, contemporary design developed with the concept of “functional beauty” in mind.
The Optio H90 features 12.1-megapixels, a wide angle 5X optical zoom lens (28mm-140mm equivalent), a 2.7-inch high-brightness color LCD, widescreen HD video capture at 720p and 30 FPS, Pixel Track Shake Reduction technology, Face Detection, Smile Capture, Blink Detection, Digital filters including Toy Camera and Retro, Digital Panorama mode, Auto-tracking AF mode, Auto Picture mode, and is Eye-Fi connected for optimized for use with Eye-Fi wireless memory cards.
The Pentax Optio H90 will be available in Orange-Silver, Matte Black and Ceramic White colors in February 2010 for $179.95.
