Samsung has released a new compact digital camera, the Samsung WB100.
The Samsung WB100 features 12 megapixels, an ultra wide angle 24mm Schneider lens, 5x optical zoom, high-definition video recording, Optical and Digital Image Stabilization, Smart Auto feature, Face Detection, Smile Shot, Blink Detection, Beauty Shot and aperture priority, shutter priority, as well as full manual shooting modes.
The WB100 also has a large, three-inch AMOLED screen. An AMOLED screen consumes less power and offers a higher contrast ratio of 10,000:1 for easier viewing outdoors, and even in direct sunlight. It produces darker black levels, more vibrant colors, and has a brighter display.
The WB100 will be showcased at PMA09 Digital Imaging Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada.
